The Challenges of Meeting the Central Scenario

The headline for the network infrastructure strategy or what we're calling the central scenario is to reach the targets in the act of 12 gigawatts of renewable generation and 2 gigawatts of long duration storage by 2030. While the scenario is there we do feel that it will be relatively challenging and will certainly be running pretty hard to meet the central scenario. That's why we didn't put forward the old coal exit as the main scenario. It's interesting though because I guess if we're sort of talking about climate science that we need to sort of move as quickly as possible but there's the other reality that can as coal generators continue running.
