Discipleship is more a matter of hungering and thirsting than of knowing and believing jesus command to follow him. Jesus has a good vision of the good life. He called it the kingdom of god. But practice is key, because we have to want that vision. It's not enough to know it, we have to wants it deep in the core of our being.
