Ev: The biggest problem with the internet is most people don't know how to use it. He created a guide for the confused internet user. After creating that guide, he followed the natural move to Silicon Valley where he worked for O'Reilly Media. While he was there, he started a website called Evheadcom which captured his own thoughts.
