The Cost of Putting Off a Conversation

We often don't know what a person's thinking and I can prove it. No matter how good we think we are, we do not know what's going on in the mind of another person. When you show up for an online meeting, you need to be business casual. Do not show up in your sweats. Also, people randomly throughout this meeting are going to ask you what your thoughts are. We're getting personal, look alive. If you're driving, stay focused. But I want you to think about who in your life right now are you doing a conversation with and you're putting it off? And what is that costing you?
