Is the Onlined Safety Bill on Hold?

The onlined safety bill has been put on hold. A government source says it is due to a vote of no confidence in the prime minister. It seems like lots of people who are currently paying a full price to just cann't move down to the cheaper service, possibly. But i do wonder where ther net flicx might find it. Shot, itself in the foot.
