Everyone's different. And you do a certain exercise, and it's going to give you some proxies of how stimulative it is. For example, do you feel the tension of the target muscle? Some people are like, a bench and i feel it on my shoulders, not my pac that's a fokan problem. Do you get a burn with higherreps, or do you get profound tension with lower raps? Fourth number of sets you have to do it. Give yu a good pump. You rotate through that top five or ten best s f r, stimulus to fatigue ratio exercises. It's injugitza, looking for the optimal one for your training.
