I mainly become interested in how I respond differently to things when I'm sleep deprived or when I'm under stress. So for me, it's understanding those things and then cross referencing that data with my strain. Why I wear one is simply because I'm just a hopeless, curious person when it comes to that. But more so, I think it teaches people in a way that is opposite of what people in my typical metabolic optimization spear would think. You should not judge a food based on how it spiked you. You should judge a foodbased on how you respond by not coming down. And that tells you more about you than it does the food.
