Carbon Storage Certificates
We've been cutting down forests and we've been depleting soil. Biological stores are then in the soil and in the forests. It's basically very similar to the fossil carbon store, that we've taken too much out and thrown it up into the atmosphere. And i think what we're proposing is that you keep these stores separately,. You start managing them in a similar way as if you take carben out, you have to put carbon back in.
