What Are the Most Significant Changes in Consumer Behaviour?

I think some of the trends that we witness in being accelerated now, we're already starting to take shape before the pandemic hit. These sorts of trends are here to stay, and they're going to amplify as these people make their way into the work force. And i'm hopeful about that, because i think we need to make big changes in order for usfor our systems to become more resilient. So yes, i think it's all welcome, a welcome movement in the right direction.
