Novicular Disease in a 17 Hand Dutch Warm Blood

I'm concerned about premature arthritis an the joints and his ability to do the work that we attempt to move up through the levels. A novicular disease is common among horses of all breeds and all sizes. Another vent indicated that may have a novicular issue in he left for someone suggested two issues could be related, but i don't know if that's true.
