In the seventies and eighties, ego feminism was trying to take off. It seemed like this movement wasn't just excluding males, it was also trans exclusion. These sort of environmental concerns have been really core to femininism as a project from its inception. And i think that, now, ego feminism didn't ever need to get stuck there, and i don't think that it did.
