The secret is when you do something first and foremost for the impact and outcome, it not you. That's what i've noticed, the number one determining factor between my most successful students and the people who are still struggling. They know how to build trust because they just want to help people genuinely. It's almost like they're not even in it for the money. They want to just be in it for that is a secret. I think i said this to your reward in life out of proportion. But is you're not rewarded, unless you're a cardasiann, for just being ou now,. You're really rewarded most of the time, for making a difference.
