Many of us engage in all or nothing thinking around what we want to achieve and the direction of our lives, particularly in our 20s. We create these huge, lofty ambitions that are a lot easier to fail at. By breaking things down into smaller goals rather than those huge lofty ambitions, we're better able to be consistent but also stay motivated. Creativity reduces dementia and improves mental health by helping us manage emotions in a productive way.
