Solar Fulfilled Prime allowed sellers to keep their prime badge while not using Amazon's fulfillment by Amazon warehouses. Many sellers were able to do this successfully and sometimes more affordably than Amazon itself. The monitoring and enforcement infrastructure needs to be swift and robust if this will work, says Rick Watson.
