Why Don't You Start a Fund?

After the george floyd protest, i tweeded out. I want to invest in black founders. With a five or six b, you can technically have the up to thirty five non accredited. So if you want it, a bun yuknow friends and family an urs into your start up or into your fund, that's possible. But really, the reason people don't do it is it's just burdensome, right?
