The governor of the feast was often a relative, someone who had responsibility for the over sight of the occasion. By definition, it's aged because we're talking about fermentation. The water down stuff is wood alcohol. If you had a little conversation, someone drinks it at that moment says, whoa, this is good. But one of the people who were there and saw it would say, no, no, you just did it a few minutes ago. I'm telling you, this is 20. It's aged.
