How Long Have You Been Investing in Real Estate?
I already have three units and looking to add one or two more this year. So far i have not invested in any a taxable mutual fund type a a investments, instead of looking to going to rental properties. My question is if you could give me some items to consider as far as leveraging it and doing it faster, or slowing it down and paying it cash. What's your target monthly income that you're trying to hit from your portfolio?
