The W14 Is So Draggy or Slow on the Straight
The reason formula one went to these under floors is they produce very little drag. The only way that you can compensate from a floor that's not producing your downforce is to add wing, particularly the rear wing. And yes, it does look like they're slow and straight, but that's not down to power. But the thing that that does do when you run that bit of extra downforce and therefore extra drag is it helps you look after the tires.
