Is Money a Barrier to Learning?

i'm more optimistic about the future than i ever have been, but at the same hand, look at the reality of the current situation. We're not applying the technology as broadly as we could to improve our situation. Financial stress is high. Why is financial stress in our country so high? And ye lot of times, all this information, to me, doesn't seem like its being applied as efficiently as it could be.
