Jason: I'd rather have 10 or 15 people engaged with something that are my ideal prospects and customers than to have hundreds of people. He says LinkedIn doesn't give as much love to the video posts, but if a picture is worth a thousand words, how much is a video worth? Jason: My biggest advice for you if you're looking to build your personal brand or continue building it is you don't need a huge audience. It's really about the relationships. The personalized stuff that you're doing will eventually grow into something very big if that's what your goal is.
