The idea was that firewalls do segmentation, right? Firewalls like boxes that you could put in there. And so people tried to use the tools at hand to solve it. But we sort of solved it at a different level of granularity as well. That hooked onto an existing problem and reduced the complexity,. gave them the flexibility, allowed them to work in those dynamic environment., allowed them to go faster.
