i think it would be worth giving this a try. The idea is that maybe in an interview you could just focus on the qualifications for the job. What would suck though, is if the better looking programmer gets a job even though there was a better programmer. Maybe the idea is that people who look like johncy riley find it harder to get jobs because people don't pay attention to their acting skills as much. i'm sure they were born with these god given talents to think mathematically and became a programmer, but i don't really care.
