The Importance of Attitude in Training

No one ever got stronger than a one session. If you want to get strong, it's at least two years of work. Even if she's quite once a week, there's still a hundred screening sessions that have to be heavy and done well. I had 80 kilos, 180 pounds sandbags, square feet for three reps, 13 pullups, 30 and broken pushups at 65 with no athletic background whatsoever. That's pretty damn impressive.
