A dashboard light should have come iaon you ta three millionth call, like, how is that not a warning flag? And i think the answer is somethingthat any onspeter can relate to. If you ask the simple question, whose job is it in this world to keep customers from needing to call for help? The answer is, nobody. None even stood to gain if that happened. It wouldn't make anybody get a higher bonus. Right? This is the kind of integrated issue that bubbles up between silos.
