Jack Welch: Maybe it's like you're my board member, I'm the CEO and maybe you're going to tell me what our peer companies are doing. He says Google should take a pay cut but then get all these new stock options or refreshers for free. "I can't tell you how many articles I wrote about, you know, XYZ exact took a pay cut," he said.
