Gene Seymour: I would not know what you're into today because this quantitative easing regime has changed all the rules of the game. He says he thinks the Fed should just show up at their meetings and get a six pack of beer, watch sign felled. Seymour: The most idea was let them raise the money supply by some small number every month and not do anything else.
