The Importance of Language in Organizational Structure

Right now I'm dealing with an organization that has acquired other organizations. So it's like, each one of those organizations has their own language entirely. And then on top of it, the companies happen to be in different countries. We're making Lego bricks out of language and we're saying, how are you going to snap these together?
