Every every day, i'm having whole grains, whether thats oaths, kinwil brown rice, elect sot of the main ones. All different types of legms, topu tempe lentils, chick peas, faver beans, kidney beans, lots of those. I don't tell people to get too bogg down into their overall macro nutrient. But you got to remember, there's two different conversations here. One is speaking to te everyday persons. Then you're speaking to someone who's training ther with a performance resultand optimizing. So it's a different conversation for different people.
