The Justice Department's Investigation of the PGA Over Anti-Competitive Practices

The Justice Department apparently has been investigating the PGA over possible anti-competitive practices for about a year. There are sort of three good reasons, markers on this case for going ahead. The only reason why I raise it is the Justice Department has not tackled OPEC, even though there are good arguments for why it could. So obviously the relations with the Saudis are an important diplomatic issue. This is why from the Justice Department's point of view, take the Saudis out of it.
