How to Pace Your Heart Rate

For most pacing, keeping it in that heart rate range kind of helps to keep the ride focused on what you're looking for. Start off pacing with power and then go from there once the heart rate starts to decouple a little bit or if it doesn't, you just keep going as planned. People always say, share ride at high zone two or low zone two? What are your thoughts on that? It really depends like beginning of the year. I'll go low zone two just to be building that engine kind of from the bottom there.
