The Importance of James in the Rise of Christ
Historical sources tell us that Jesus was a pious Torah observant Jew for years. He didn't abandon the Torah, like some of the Hellenistic Christians under Paul's influence did. And largely under the influence of Paul and the later emerging Catholic Church, which became a Gentile religion. Ironically ended up rejecting the original faith, ironically, and adopting a very different Roman Gentile kind of religion.
