What Should I Do With My Employees That Aren't Doing Well?

When we broke the groups down in terms of their post-intervention performance, the non-Western ethnic minority men were outperforming the Dutch women. And so that just blew us away because we didn't expect that at all. Future authoring program actually didn't have much of an effect on the women,. But I think that was because they were already doing very well. It's not a cure-all and it won't necessarily work forever but it does work.
