Is the City Borrowing?

I think we, i think the city went overboard by at least 500 million dollars. I've been advocating for months that we should be borrowing money. We do have an increase in the number of street homeless. You know, many drug treatment centrs, m and other social services, during the pandamic we're cut back. And now that there's less funding, ah, it's hard for them to be running in a working full scheam ahead.
