Ause i have to assume this is one of the biggest sources of stress and burno. It's a huge aspect, because we are not separaten work in life. I can't see it coming to us soon. But it may we are forcing guide lines on organizations because they're not doing it themselves. We need more guy lines around a, you know, looking at costs of meetings. How do we make it so that joe can go and watch his kid play socker? And when there is a like a compressed work load, that we can get the team rallying around that?
