I think for me, what's been helpful is when working with clients and workshops is gauging the level of beginner's mind that their team will bring. It's very rare when I find someone proactively, like things are going great, but we wanna get better anyway. This is generally not the motivation for people to seek us out. But it's possible, right? But we all start, we all start at different places. Yeah.
