Is There a Tough Puzzle?

Companies that are most proactive about reorganizing themselves and breaking down their internal silos will be at an advantage. But is there maybe also some hesitance because of how much it changes the structure of a business or I would be surprised if they're thinking about the idea of a business being obsolete? It takes technical leadership that can see through the limited view of some of their folks that are trying to achieve incremental change.
