The Indian Farm Struggle Is the Front Line of a Global Battle

Since 19 91, when india liberalized, started to liberalize the farming sector, 400 thousand indian farmers have committed suicide since then. This has been a long struggle, and it's a struggle that farmers in other countries will understand. Wevou: Farmers simply were not willing to see the oberization of agriculture. They stood up against it. And i think the y issue here is that these indian farmers fought for themselves. But they are also standing for farmers elsewhere. I hope others will join the struggle.
