A lot of companies are in the equivalent of going after any kind of business that has a pulse, when actually being strategic is being able to say no to certain things. Andi reminds me of a book that was on the podcast a couple of years ago by rebecca gyer, smart marketing for engineers. I think a she says, you have to saying no to grow. It's true. There is much to be said also about youno being agile and beingable to respond to market conditions. But its also being able to evaluate where you're going to win, where you'll have the greatest success and win.
