How to Use Anger as a Primary Emotion
Anger is like a very primitive emotion that's masking other emotions because you haven't cultivated those emotions and learned how to express them safely. People that are smart about their emotions learn how to be in their adult self. When someone's angry, how do you deal with that? Well, you validate. Okay, so you're upset because of this is happening. I understand. All right, I hear what you're saying. So when you do that, you're starting to diffuse and deactivate that person's anger as they're now being heard. And that's really all they wanted to be was heard.
