Mike King: Engineers want to see the facts. They want to sense that tangible thing that they can cling on to. So when you show them the number, say, he no, bason o numbers, this is where we are as a product. This is our metric, this is users. And then in order to move our mattrik from x to y, we need to do a, b, c, three things. Then each thing will give us eno 15 % towards that goa. That's very helpful. It really helps the engineers to understand their impact to the feature and the impact of the feature to the actual users.
