Is There a Cooler Housing Market?

Housing sales are going to drop 13 point five % over the course of this year. I think when you see chaos sort of happening in one sector, i tends to bleed over into another. But isn't a cooler housing market exactly what the doctor ordered right now? Like everyone was worried about the housing market being crazy, overheated. There were all of these bidding mors everywhere. The houses were selling in ten seconds flat. Every one as like, this is dumb. This makes no sense.
