The House Version of This Bill Passed Almost on a Party Line Basis
The senate version was reasonably by partisan, whereas the house version of this passed almost on a party line basis. What would you attribute that to? Is it the a different strategy by democrats in the two chambers? Is it because republicans in the house are just much less inclined towards co operation? You know, i think it's a little bit ofbot i think im the house, its current state, is a little bit more partisan than the senate is," he said.
