Why I'm Not Getting the Clear Answer Mm-HMM

There are not many opportunities at executive level what it used to be even like few years ago I mean opportunities have dried a lot businesses have shrunk a lot the executive level people are not moving around much so that they are not creating spaces for other folks to move up or you know move around. "I feel like there is not enough opportunities at the organizational level hence I'm not getting the clear answer mm-hmm"
