The Importance of Accountability in a Business

I think accountability and trust it just makes it so much easier not to have all the processes and stuff in place Especially initially when you don't have time to build all the processes. We are now we just passed the 50 people mark We are planning to grow to somewhere around 170 people by end of 2025 So again a massive growth over the next two years And really Starting building out all those those areas in the company.
