The tip, the noise that the rotors generate is primarily driven by two factors. So relative to the speed of sound, how fast it's moving and then the blade loading. If you want to push the speed's way down, that generally means the blades have to get bigger. That impacts the weight of the vehicle. It impacts the sizing condition for the electric propulsion units or the electric engines.
