George Joannidis was not the only CIA handler for the DRE. One of his predecessors was, you may recall, named Maurice Bishop. Antonio Vessiana had a change of heart about his earlier terrorist activities. He said that he saw Maurice Bishop in the company of a man Vessiana would later recognize as Lee Harvey Oswald.
