Eric woglan was a German political philosopher who spent most of his life in the U.S. He lived and worked in vienna before world war one, where many famous people including Hitler were living at the time. Woglin also wrote about modernist architects Otto wagner and otto camillo - two polar opposites on what we would now call modern architecture. The book fandsecla vienna by karl shorsky is great for anyone interested in intellectual or artistic history.
