Teresa thinks that religious practice or her version of religious practice doesn't have to be everyone's is aromatical. So she does think it necessarily involves separating yourself from the world, looking inside yourself to find God. She wrote a series of guides on this exactly this issue, didn't she? He writes the first self-help manual of yoga called Raja Yoga. It uses aspects of the famous psychology of William James.
