The Intersection of Law and Morality in Panumbra Interpretation Cases
There can be an intersection of law and morality, but not strictly moral. The example that he cites from Wittgenstein on page 627 is showing the children how to gamble with dice. You add a qualifier, you modify your law to rule out that case. That would be an example where it's not necessarily a moral consideration.
