How to Create a Customer Journey Map for Your Website
Start with a customer journey map workshop. Be sure to invite everyone who works on the website such as the CMO or Head of Customer Service. If you're going to be in person, just make sure everybody has the utensils,. It's best to use a whiteboard because a whiteboard you can stick those posters on really easily and kind of stick there. And then be sure to send all your research to the team beforehand, including the persona.
